Led by Heather Murdoch who has over 30 years’ experience in private practice and the public service our team provides legal advice, mediation services and/or workplace investigations to the education sector.

Our experience includes working with New Zealand early childhood providers, schools, teachers, boards of trustees, tertiary institutions, teachers and students with disabilities and special learning needs, the Ministry of Education, appeal bodies, ERO, unions, parents facing increasing challenges safeguarding their children’s education needs and students coping with unprecedented anxiety and mental health issues in the ever-increasing competitive tertiary sector.
